Answers to the questions people ask before and after they sign up.

How do I book a session?: Find a mentor, pick a session type, then pick a date and time. Times are shown in your own time zone. A free session goes to the mentor for a yes. A paid one opens checkout and holds your slot while you pay.
When can I join the call?: The Join button appears 30 minutes before the start and opens the meeting in a new tab. Before that the screen tells you when the door opens.
Can I change a booking?: You can cancel a booking. There is no reschedule, so a new time means a new booking.
What does it cost?: Joining is free on both sides. Members pay per session, per course and per group. Mentors pay nothing to join and no listing fee.
How do I become a mentor?: Apply in three steps, then wait for the team to review it. You get the workspace straight away and can look around, but creating, publishing and accepting are switched off until you are approved.
Is anything public without an account?: Not yet. Mentors, courses and groups all live behind sign-in, which is why this site carries the screenshots.
